		<description>If snoring is due to the tip of the nose coming down, try gently lifting the tip of the nose. If this opens the airway nicely, try 1/2 inch medical tape to gently lift the tip of the nose up-see if this stops the snoring.  A dry nose makes snoring. Moisten the room and the nose.  If the snoring is due to post nasal drip or congestion this makes a noise and also may enlarge throat tissues.  Pulsatile Nasal irrigation to clear the nasal drip and swelling plus pulsatile throat irrigation to clear the throat swelling is recommended.  A video on this is at www.grossan.com
Sleeping on your side is best for snoring. Alcohol before sleep increases snoring.</description>
