Clothing is also something that should be taken care of. Use clothes made of lightweight material. Avoid wearing too much plain-colored clothes as it easily shows off sweat stains. If possible, bring a change of shirts if you will be out the whole day. Always carry a handkerchief in your pocket to wipe off the sweat on your face.

Whether or not the sweat problem is severe or not, it should be taken seriously. Make sure that you stick to one regimen that you think is effective to solve the sweat problem.
