Get a mirror. get comfortable. Beathe in count four and out count six. By making your exhale longer you are in a relaxed state longer - when you exhale you relax your diaphragm, chest, neck muscles. Now look at your Forehead - see in the mirror your forehead relax. Spend one minute here. Now look at your face relax. spend one minute here. now look at your jaw relax. one minute of breathe in four and out six.  Next look at your shoulders relax for one minute.
With the mirror as a biofeedback device you can easily learn muscle relaxation this way. You can&#039;t have anxiety if your muscles are relaxed.
